To qualify for EV rebates at Carter GM Northshore, you must meet the following criteria:

• You must live in Canada and provide a valid residential address
• Canadian citizenship is not required to participate
• Each individual can receive one EVAP incentive total over the life of the program
• Businesses and fleet operators may claim up to 10 incentives
• Car-sharing organizations can access up to 50 incentives annually (registration required)
• Previous participation in the iZEV program does not impact eligibility

Vehicle Eligibility

To qualify for EV incentives in North Vancouver and across the Lower Mainland, the vehicle must meet the following:

• Must be a new EV, including demo units under 10,000 km that have never been registered
• Must be built in Canada or in a country with a free trade agreement (FTA)
• Eligible inventory includes current and prior model years
• Must be purchased or leased through a licensed Canadian dealership
• Federal EVAP rebates can be combined with BC provincial programs (e.g., CleanBC)
• Pre-owned or used EVs are not eligible under the EVAP program
